Hendrick's Food Vault was founded on the principle that everybody should have access to food that has been processed as little as possible. The minimum amount of hands or equipment should have touched the food from the field to the fork.At Hendrick's what we say is “REAL HONEST FOOD”. It is what it says it is, if we say that the ham is 100% ham then that’s what it is, we do not make any false claims on any item, we call it like it is. Many of today’s “sandwich meats” contain up to 40% non meat additives!!! HFV foods seeks out the rawest, least processed ingredients as a starting point for all of its preparations, then as we prepare the food we add as little as possible to the raw ingredients to maintain the integrity of the product.The owners, Eileen and Colm Hendrick, grew up in Ireland at a time when processed food was not the norm, most household meals were cooked from scratch. To achieve great flavors and healthy food from good basic ingredients is easy, to achieve mediocre flavor from poor ingredients requires seriously processing the raw material. Other than the food, health, respect, knowledge and effort were very prevalent at the time and it is this background that drives forward the beliefs in Hendrick's Food Vault. We are open from 6.30AM to 7pm Mon-Sat and we serve a great breakfast, sandwiches, wraps, Panini’s and soup for lunch and gourmet dinners to go all day.The same high standards of quality apply to all of the Events we cater, whether it be a small gathering or a large elaborate affair, we will use the best quality ingredients to give you a memorable meal that you and your guests will be talking about for a long time to come.
