Mason's Bakery

 Mason's Bakery is a 59 year old bakery in Ft Myers Florida. Second generation family business Chris and his wife Lisa continue the tradition of baking everything from scratch. Wedding and specialty cakes are the largest part of their business. Chris has created the technique of an "ALTERNATIVE TO ROLLED FONDANT" This technique achieves the same look as rolled fondant using creams. Now brides can enjoy the elegant look of fondant cakes without having the chewy hard icing. Chris has traveled the United States demonstrating this technique to thousands of decorators. They also have a full retail storefront offering a deli and all the favorite old time baked goods.
