Connie Duglin Linens

For my plum and ivory themed wedding, we wanted plum chair bows, napkins, tablecloths, the works to make it all match. In the beginning of the wedding process, things went nicely, I kept up communication with Rachael and after finalizing the final invoice two times, everything seemed correct. It said plainly on the invoice everything I had wanted......and of course we had been discussing my wedding for the past 6 months prior. Wedding day arrives and when my husband and I walk into the reception, EVERYTHING that was supposed to be a plum purple color was ROYAL BLUE!!!! My whole wedding was so beautiful, except for the linens we had rented from Connie Duglin. It was beyond horrible. Thankfully the uplighting from the DJ reduced the starkness of the blue color. However, in all my pictures of the dining room, the blue is SO ugly compared to my complete themed purple and ivory wedding. I was furious. After discussing for over a week, we finally agreed to get a FULL refund for the over $300 order on linens we had made that were completely wrong in every way. Do NOT go with Connie Duglin. They tried to even divert the blame onto other vendors!

Connie Duglin was the only place I could find the linens I was looking for - dark brown pintuck linens. They sent me a swatch of the material so that I was certain it was exactly what I was looking for. They were responsive to my questions and allowed me to make changes to my order up until a couple days before the order was shipped. The linens and napkins made our reception look beautiful.

Connie Duglin provided all linens for our wedding and did a wonderful job. The linens were lovely (we chose simple white, and they were pristine) and delivered promptly. They worked well with our venue, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Connie Duglin Linens was my savior! Nora was so helpful! I was about ready to pull my hair out over the prices and difficulty in set up and tear down. This place made all that stress go away.
