Jim was an amazing DJ. Right from the start he kept up communication and was extremely helpful with suggestions and my questions I had. I had expressed my desire to have only clean music played and there was not ONE song that was inappropriate, and they were all songs everybody loved!! I had several family members that I have not seen dance once in my entire life and at my wedding, they danced the whole night thanks to Jim. He looked sharp and classy in his tuxedo as well as his setup station. He was prompt and very adaptable when a few things, (not his fault), went wrong at the reception. It was worth every penny to have Jim and I will only have him from now on to DJ any future events!! DO NOT skimp on your DJ, it makes the party! Tons of people from my wedding came up to me and my husband and said it was the best wedding they had been to, and I know it was because of the superb entertainment. THANKS JIM! :)

Jim is a true professional. From the beginning we could not have been more satisfied. No only did he call right away but met with us at our reception location during one of our visits. He offered so many services that made our wedding even better than we could have done on our own. Jim took our monogram and made it the central theme of the reception. Our guests were talking about it all night. He spent time with us at our reception location to select the right uplighting color to complement our decor. We really appreciated the full service and constant communication. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking for DJ services in Southwest Florida!

Jim made the entire process easy and seamless! He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Behind the scenes he helped the vocalist, he worked easily with the hotel staff and other vendors and made everything so easy for me.Jim helped with the song selections, picked the perfect play list and kept everyone dancing until the end of the night!

Having a great DJ is very important – one of the most important aspects to creating a memorable night. He is enthusiastic about his job and truly enjoys creating a fun atmosphere where all are comfortable. The music played was exactly what we were hoping for. Jim worked with us closely to better understand our music style and also chatted with our guests to find what others were looking for too. I could easily sit back and relax because I recognized Jim’s experience and professionalism. Several of our wedding guests commented on what a great job he did! There were so many people out on the dance floor having fun. Some guests that I would have never thought would dance did and those same guests, surprisingly, dance nearly the entire time! I heard several times that our wedding was the most fun and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We owe this to Jim! Jim had several suggestions regarding the reception and several of his suggestions we took. One included having our last dance song where our guests were circled around us. We would then walk around the circle saying our thanks/comments to our guests. My mom had said this was one of the best parts of the night! There are several other thoughtful ideas Jim suggested that really set our wedding apart. Experience is valuable, and Jim certainly has several years of experience! We had a small intimate beach wedding, Jim made sure that everyone was there was having fun! Jim was great to work with and any question I had...silly or not he answered! I would absolutely recommend A DJ With Class, he made my day that much more special!

Jim was a huge hit at our wedding. We have been getting calls from friends and family saying that they had the best time at our wedding and that everyone danced all night long! Jim is a stickler for keeping the reception on a time line that he comes up with the bride and groom. It was nice to know that what we had planned and wanted, actually happened. Jimmy did an incredible job!! He created such an amazing atmosphere and I am still getting compliments about him to this day. He has so many tricks up his sleeve to keep your guests energized the entire night, not to mention a few that will have them in tears. Jim (A DJ with Class) was my DJ for my wedding at Tween Waters in Captiva Island on October 8,2011. He did the music for both my ceremony and reception. He made my day perfect! He not only played the best music that kept the dance floor going the whole night, but he even took the time to help with the coordination the day before the wedding. Jim takes the time to get to know each couple and understand exactly what they want for their big day. We were even able to customize our playlist using his online client center. Jim is so detailed oriented and makes sure that everything is in place so that you as the bride don’t have to worry about a thing, which I loved! He is dedicated to making sure every detail from the song choice to the timeline of events is done exactly the way you want it. After my wedding, I had several guests complimenting me on how awesome the DJ was. Jim was WONDERFUL. Being a Destination wedding, Jim was very flexible with meeting me whenever I was able to fly into town and he kept great communication with me via email and phone calls. Jim has a lot to offer, great DJ services, unique ideas to specialize your wedding, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL uplighting! Jim provided stunning uplights at my reception! Jim was my life saver at our DIY wedding! He knows everything there is about the ceremony and the timing for everything else. Everything went along without a hitch. Jim made our reception a blast! He has a warm and professional personality, and was very easy to work with. His services are worth every penny. He did a great job for my wedding and his comments and advice were wonderful added tips and he thought of lots of things I hadn't even thought about and I am so glad he was my dj! Jim is amazing! My reception was so much fun because of him! The whole night flowed beautifully and Jim had everyone on the dance floor. My husband I were recently married at the Pink Shell Beach Resort and Spa in Fort Myers Beach. From the first conversation with Jim I knew we would be selecting him as our DJ and MC. During that first conversation Jim listened with intent as we talked. He genuinely sounded interested in getting to know all about us as a couple. Through this conversation Jim gained an understanding of who we were and of our vision of how we wanted the music to be at the wedding. In the months preceding this conversation my husband and I met with Jim in person. Although I was sold on Jim, my husband was still a skeptic about if a DJ was a good investment. When we met Jim my husband asked Jim many questions about DJ’ing , and just as I knew from my previous conversations with Jim, he had all the answers. Jim is truly an expert in his field and he is well studied in his craft. Albert, was ultimately won over though when Jim gave us previews of the music he would play based on our descriptions, Jim was spot on. Leading up to the wedding, Jim kept us on track with getting us prepared for our wedding day. He reminded us of our different options for songs, he thoroughly explained the process of creating playlists and filling out the necessary forms, and Jim created a detailed timeline that put my mind at ease. The wedding day, thanks to Jim’s coordination flowed like clockwork. The music was perfectly timed and every song he played fit the atmosphere of the party. Needless to say the dance floor was packed all night. We loved that Jim was so flexible throughout the night he was able to honor our requests, take guests requests, and play songs that helped transition from one song to the next. Another benefit to working with Jim is that he offers so many ways to customize your wedding and to truly make it yours. At our wedding we were fortunate enough to have the red up lights. They are absolutely stunning and really add an ambiance to the room. When I walked into the reception and saw the up lighting that Jim had set up in the room I began to cry, it was magnificent and completely transformed the ballroom into a warm and romantic space. Jim also offers the wedding hotline, which allows for personal messages to be played; it definitely is a way to make your wedding unique. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim. My family and friends loved working with him too. Jim’s endearing personality allows him to make connections with everyone he meets. This helped make our guests feel welcomed and comfortable. I also appreciated his responsiveness to questions and concerns. This allowed me to rest assured that Jim would take care of everything. To any newly engaged couples who are planning a wedding I highly recommend Jim without reservations, he is truly the best of the best.
