Floral Encores on Immokalee in Naples, FL is THE BEST!!!! Our wedding was Saturday October 29, 2011 and a week later the majority of them still looked amazing. They did everything. I have never seen anything more beautiful. Meg is fantastic. She listened to everything we did and didn't want. She made great suggestions and the attention she gave me was superb. She's professional as well as personable. She immediately put my husband and I at ease. I will use Floral Encores for anything I need in the future.

I went to 4 different florists and Floral Encores where by far the best! They were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were the only florist to actually show me a finished product before signing a contract with them and offered up great advice! For our wedding they were on time and everything turned out amazing!

They helped me select flowers that were in my budget for my wedding! and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL! I was so happy with them! Go Floral Encore!!!

Meg was so wonderful! The centerpieces were beautiful as was my bouquet. The roses smelled so sweet, it was a treat to hold them all day. Meg made my out-of-state flower planning so easy!

Floral Encores are great! I worked with Meg who was totally in tune with my style and personality; she chose great stuff for us--things I hadn't seen before at a wedding. The flowers she chose gave our wedding that extra special "something" that made it unique. AND, when I asked for flowers for my hair at the last minute, I was accommodated without drama. Fantastic!

I was referred to Floral Encores by a friend after I asked who did her wedding flowers - and once I met with Meg there I knew I had the right person/shop for our big day. Meg's creativity and enthusiasm won me over immediately and set my mind at ease that my wedding flowers would be beautiful and in line with my "vision" for the day without breaking the bank. She really worked with me to keep expenses under control so I could "splurge" where it mattered most - i.e. my bouquet. On the wedding day, she even brought extra white roses to add in to my bouquet when I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little more white in my otherwise boldly colored/exotic bouquet - she added them in and re-tied it within the hour to make sure it was PERFECT for me, when it seems like your average florist wouldn't have bothered. She incorporated my peacock feathers in creative and beautiful ways to the bouquets and altar centerpiece, and really interpreted my wedding colors (dark purple and mango orange) in a modern but romantic way that looked lush and gorgeous. She helped me figure out how to have lots of orchids and roses in the flowers but keep the cost under control by choosing more affordable types of orchids and displaying them in ways that didn't require wiring. They decorated my wedding cake with fresh flowers and perfectly interpreted my somewhate unique idea (even I wasn't totally sure what I wanted on that front, but they nailed it!) Most importantly, the flowers were all beautiful and fresh and delivered on time - and even the bouquet wraps for the bridesmaids exactly matched the color swatch I had given her so that they blended with the dresses - I can't say enough great things about the artistry and attention to detail from Floral Encores - I'd recommend them to any bride! The only reason I didn't give them all 5's is that we had a few problems with the orchid wrist corsages for the moms - they were done with velcro as the wristband, the spiky side of which caused some damage to the delicate fabric of the mom's dresses, and the flowers were a little flimsy/floppy (maybe that's just how it goes with orchids since they don't really have stems and have to be wired, I don't know). But that is more of an FYI to just ask them to make the wristbands with something else and maybe secure the flowers really well to avoid complaints from mom :) From my standpoint, I was thrilled with my wedding flowers and the service from Floral Encores!!

Floral Encores recently did the flowers for my wedding. They were recommended to me by the resort where the wedding was being held. The flowers were very fresh and the delivery was prompt. The florist, Meg, was quick with sample pictures and made beautiful bouquets. I did request to have an invoice mailed to me and it took 1.5 months and 3 phone calls to receive it.

Loved my experience with Floral Encores! I didn't have a big floral budget, so I was worried they might not treat me the same as a big-budget bride. I was wrong.They really took the time to figure out what it is I wanted and what mattered to me, and delivered stunning flowers. We used white orchids for centerpieces we put together, and they were gorgeous. My bouquet was amazing, and looks so good in photographs!Also, they worked with my hotel for arrangements for the wedding arch- everything looked amazing together.

Floral encores really worked with me. They gave great service and flexibility. I unfortunately had to wait until the last minute to order flowers and they were able to get exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time. Awesome service and I loved the flowers. They were exactly what I wanted.

I worked with this vendor as the site worked closely with them. The flowers turned out beautifully although when I wanted to make changes to make it a little less expensive I felt as they were a little rude especially since I didnt even know what the flowers were going to look like and had to google each flower in my proposal myself, AND I EVEN MET WITH THEM!! All in all i think they came out beautifully.

This is one of my favorite vendors. The staff at Floral Encores was so great! Meg made my wedding flowers absolutely PERFECT. I cried when I picked them up, I was SO happy, and they lasted! The professional staff helped me choose the right floral arrangements for my wedding party, down to the beautiful crown of orchids for my flower girl. I thought it would be difficult to work with a florist from across the country, but I was so impressed with Floral Encores- Tami worked with my ideas and wishes, and everything turned out beautifully! She had so many creative ideas and solutions, and the final result was fantastic. A few days before the wedding I also had an arrangement made for my mom's house in Naples. We loved bringing our wedding colors into the home, and our out of town guests loved getting a sneak-peek at the beautiful flowers. On our wedding day, my wedding bouquet was the most amazing thing I had ever seen- it was prettier than I could have ever imagined! I'm looking forward to being back in Naples for our anniversary and having another arrangement :)

My flowers, centerpieces, and the arch all looked beautiful. However, one employee was very rude to me, yelling at me that I never told her my ceremony was on the beach and that was the first thing I told her when I met with her. Also, they received the wrong color flowers from the supplier, so I had to choose to either have the wrong color flowers or back-up carnations that they had. This definitely made for a stressful situation and the only problem I had with all my vendors.

Floral Encores does great work when it comes down to the wire, but I'll be honest, I was worried about how my flowers would turn out more than anything else in the wedding planning process. They were super hard to get a hold of and even harder to meet with. We worked with a handful of different people instead of just working with one person. Some of their staff is not as knowledgable as they should be. They don't use email which I can't even comprehend in this day and age. It seems like they are trying to take on more business than they can handle. I had no idea how my flowers would turn out. But I have to say that on the wedding day, when I saw my flowers they were absolutely beautiful and just what I asked for. They are cheaper then their competitors, and they had samples of all the flowers in the store.
