We worked with Ron at the Jared's at Coconut Point. He was so nice and helpful. He helped up pick a perfect set that would compliment the engagement stone I already had.

They were very helpful and fast.

We got both our wedding bands and the engagement ring from Jared. They have great customer service and are very helpful. I found a wedding band that I loved and was concerned when it didn't come in the metal I wanted. The sales rep called the company and requested that the ring be made in the metal matching my engagement ring. It turned out beautiful.

When we first went in for the engagement ring, we had a very annoying saleswoman. She was young and continued to use the word, "bling." I'm not the type to be interested in a HUGE rock on my finger. I want what will look good and is worth the money. I wanted a good stone and that's what I got.Luckily she had to help an appointment of hers and we got a much nicer and friendlier saleswoman. During the wedding band purchase, we had a very nice gentleman, I want to say his name was Bob. He was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Despite all the goofy commercials, I would recommend going to Jared's for your Jewelry/wedding needs.

All the associates at Jared were very helpful when picking out my wife's ring. They offered information and were very patient as I decided on the right one. A good experience, a great warranty, and I would reccommend them to others.

The ordered the wrong ring for my husband. Then, they couldn't find the ring. We were tempted to go somewhere else, and if we had to do it over again we would have gone somewhere else.

They had a beautiful wedding set. They even allowed us to use our own diamond for the center stone and set it for us while we waited. Better selection than other stores we visited. I felt the pricing was reasonable.
