They forgot to order my fiancee's dress until roughly 90 days before the wedding and now are telling us she cannot get he dress until the week before the wedding. This leaves no time for any alterations and now we have less then 90 day to find a new dress somewhere else. Not to mention they refuse to return the $2000 for the dress or rush order it.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE ELSE, THESE PEOPLE SEEM NICE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEN THEY COULD CARE LESS. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE IMMENSE FRUSTRATION AND MONEY THIS PLACE WILL TAKE FROM YOU. NOT ONLY WOULD I NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I have to say that I love their selection of dresses. I am very pleased with their services. Yes, sometimes mix ups happen but its human nature. As long as everything comes out great in the end. THEY WORK WITH YOU and that is what makes this place unique. YES I will recommend this to a Friend. Thanks to Cristina I was able to choose my bridesmaid colors in a way that its going to look one of a kind. Her creativity gives the extra touch!!! ;) She is THEE wedding consultant.

I loved working with Heather so much. She was so friendly, and she did an amazing job on my dress. Although I didn't buy my dress from the store, I bought a Maggie Sottero online, and I needed someone to do alterations, so I took it to Lace & Roses. I also had Heather deliver the dress to my wedding venue to put me in the dress and lace it up. She brought a little goodie bag that had a sewing kit and some shout wipes, along with some other goodies for later. Thank you so much, Heather! <3

My dress was gorgeous because they didn't make it ,but alterations looked like they were made by a 10 yr old, price is the same as you would get at any other place because it's set by designer. I ordered my dress in april, was not here in the US until Oct, six months!!!! Everything was like pulling teeth. I regret using that place. It also looks run down & smells bad. Did I mention alterations sucked royaly??? Horrible, and let's not talk about my bridemaids.

The interior of the venue is definetly a little shabby, and the facilities- like the toilet were frequently broken. But they had my dream dress. Jackie was awesome!! was very supportive and flexible. But you have to be flexible with your appointment times becuase they have a lot of walk ins who consequently make them run late for your appointment, so schedule in extra time for your appoinments, and always call to confirm them. I had someone accidentally schedule a dress fitting appointment on a day they werent open. They did very well with my alterations, and I was very picky, I had a four point asymetrical french bustle- which isnt easy.

They were amazing with everything from the first day in to the final day out!! Everything came out perfect and they were so friendly and helpful!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!THANK YOU!!!!

Purchased my dress here for my wedding which was being held in NH. Although one of the ladies was very professional that originally dealt with me the remainder of the staff was rude and condescending. I was scheduled to return for final measurements and flew down to Florida. When I arrived they left me standing around waiting and were rude to me. The worst was yet to come. Once final measurements were done for final alterations they were to complete the alterations and ship them to me. I received the dress and after shipping brought it to a local tailor in NH to simply check one last time and get it pressed. The hems on bottom were never done and were left PINNED. Their were obvious mistakes in the alterations around breasts and to try and hide the mistakes they tried stuffing the bra area with stuffing. Hems and seams were hacked and off from the alterations and measurements I gave them. It took a professional tailor a full 2 weeks of work to redo seams, hems, and basically rebuild the dress from the disaster they made with their alterations... at a cost of an additional $200.This place wants your money and once they suck you in they couldn't care less. DO NOT buy your dress here and if you do you best get the alterations done by someone professional before they hack it up.

After finding my dream dress online from designer Maggie Sottero I had to find a bridal store that carried it, luckily Lace & Roses carried the exact dress from the designer that I wanted! Jackie was great in helping me out through every step of the way from helping me try on the dress, the alterations, and even picking out accesories. I am still recieving compliments on my dress! Everything I bought at this store I received in a timeley manner. I ordered my dress nine months before my wedding date to ensure that I would have it in time. Picking out a dress is not something you want to wait last minute for and if you do wait last minute it is not the stores fault for your procrastination. I would definitly recommend Lace & Roses to all future brides looking for that special dress for their wedding day!

Overall our experience with Lace and Roses was a pretty good one. They were really good about helping me with my dress decision and helping me make it through my family being unsupportive. Christine was amazing with that! She made me feel great! We did get the dresses on time and they looked great! I got the girls alterations done elsewhere due to the price. I got mine done there, they did 3 fittings. Jackie helped out mostly with that. I lost a ton of weight, 4 dress sizes and they made the dress fit very well. I do wish they pinned the top part of my dress more around the bust because I found myself showing a little too much the day of the wedding, reflected in some pictures. I was upset about this. They didnt have the dress steamed when we went to pick it up the day before, so I had to have my mother in law pick it up the day of the wedding, which was a little hiccup in our plans. Overall it was a pretty great experience though. They do have one of the best selections around and pretty awesome customer service. Maggie Bride all the way!

Lace and Roses I LOVE you!! This is a professional bridal shop who knows thier business. Future Brides please take my advise and look no further!! I had gone to several area stores such as David's Bridal, was treated like a piece of cattle. Alfred Angelo was just ok. After going to Lace and Roses, trying on what seemed like 15 dresses, I found my perfect dress: Maggie Sottero. The ladies @ Lace and Roses, Ashley and Jackie worked with me to alter the dress to my vision, with nothing but patience and perfection at the end. My dress fit like a second skin, and the complements I received on my wedding day were nothing but absolutely amazing!!! Jackie, I love you forever! Talk about dedication to your job. Jackie came out to lace up my dress on the day of the wedding which was on a SUNDAY!! No questions asked, she was just there for me and was the most calming person around me. She even brought me a "bridal emergency kit" in a little pink bag that contained a sewing kit,first aid kit and mini bottle of wine! Jackie showed love and compassion and I feel she is such an asset to Lace and Roses! This is a company that is top notch and sets the PLATINUM standard!! P.S. the men were fitted for tuxes there as well with John, and all I can say is thank you John for your professionalism, knowledge and just making our day perfect! My husband looked gorgeous!!

We used Lace & Roses for our bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos. I chose them first because they carried the line of bridesmaids dresses I wanted, Bill Levkoff. My maid of honor, used Lace & Roses for her wedding dress, and she highly recommended them. She was correct in recommending them. My maid of honor, was 5 months pregnant, and the staff at Lace & Roses couldn't have been more accomodating to make sure her dress was comfortable on her and appropriately fitting. Later we chose to also have Lace & Roses do our tuxedos, and their in house expert, John, couldn't have been more helpful. You always hear about nightmare stories about the tuxedos not matching or missing parts, or the pants not fitting. We didn't have ONE problem!! I HIGHLY recommend Lace & Roses for all your bridal party attire needs. Lauren & Justin 10-1-10

These gals are the best! They know this business and worked with us on every detail. My dress was stunning and certainly a dream come true (besides my hubby of course). I had SO many compliments on it. Lace n Roses attended to every detail from the fitting to the tuxes and shoes. We were very happy with their service. Highly recommend!

My dress was so amazing from here. I went to so many places and they helped me find the perfect one with the first one I tried on. The prices seem like a lot compared to the chain stores but the alteration are much cheaper than the other stores. The one problem is that I was told one price when I bought the dress and then was charged an extra 200 dollars when I got the alterations. They charged me more even though it was a package so it shouldn't have gone up because I didn't have anything extra done. But the good thing was, they are so quick with the alterations. I had my second fitting within 1 week of the first. and my final fitting was 2 days after that.I also bought my tiarra and veil there. Their selection is amazing. Every dress you put on makes you feel amazing. And every dress has matching accesories.I highly reccomend this store to every one looking for a dress.

Lace and Roses in the beginning gave me incredible service. After going to David's Bridal and being treated with such disrespect I decided to try another business. I thought after picking out my bridesmaids dresses and tuxes there everything would go much smoother. I was so wrong. After, finally getting the measurements from the girls I was told the latest my dresses would come in would be the end of January. That would give me enough time to send them to half of my bridal party in order to get them sized correctly or altered. I was also told if you were measured there the girls would not be charged for alterations. So I didn't budget that into my wedding account. At the end of January, the dresses didn't come yet. I was told they will be here next week, then the next, then the next and so and so forth until they arrived one week before my wedding. Now, mind you I called always for the updates. No one ever bothered to call me. I always made the initiative. Not to mind you my sister in law ordered in dress in her home state and got hers in 2 months while mine took 6 months to receive. It was very uncalled for. Then when the dresses did arrrive I was told I would receive a phone call. That phone call never came. My bridesmaids called and then told me. So they knew before me. It only continues to get worse. They then told the girls that they had to pay for measurements on their dresses. I was very confused due to the fact. They didn't order the dress sizes lace and roses did. Whose fought is that??? The dresses were all bags on my girls. They were huge on everyone and to top it off they didn't even order one of the girls dresses. They ended up having to make the dress. It was 4 days before my wedding. Are you kidding me? She did get her money back but shouldn't I too since I am the bride and I was losing my mind and patience over this store. Then the dresses they supposedly altered were not altered so on my wedding day they kept having to pin in her dress all day long. I am very disappointed in this store. I was told they were great but I was wrong. I will never do business with them again and will let EVERYONE know what horrible service they gave. Among the lying and drama this was a horrible expereince.

I would definately recommend this bridal store. The ladies are very helpful and very attentive. All dresses are of high quality. Jackie and Ashley went above and beyond. I never once had a doubt on alterations, or when the dress would be delivered. They both put my mind at ease. I did see my dress elsewhere a few hundred dollars cheaper but the service was not A-1 like Lace & Roses. This is the store to go to if you want personal attention and great quality.

Buyer beware! I would not recommend this store to any bride that may change their minds on their dress, colors, etc. They are not willing to work out any glitches and are money hungry. This has been the only stressful part in the entire planning of our wedding.

Christina Crichton made the process of ordering and fitting my wedding dress essentially stress-free. I was really worried about choosing the perfect dress and not having any regrets and she was incredible to work with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a wedding dress. Her attention to detail made all the difference.

Laces and Roses Bridal was the best place for me to find the perfect wedding dress! I had been to two other stores, and neither of them had any dresses in my size! They would just clip the dress to where it was small enough ( but still falling off) to give me an ida of what it would look like. these other stores ( david's bridal among them) were also very expensive! Laces and Roses had plenty of selections in the size i needed and even had some deals and packages that really worked out for what I needed. I got the most beautiful dress and and friendly service! While I was there trying on my dress they even brought me some cold water! Laces and Roses is the best place to go bridal shopping! They even have tuxes ( where I got my hubby's tux) and brides maid dresses! I highly recommend Laces and Roses! :)
