Magical Moment Weddings

I wanted a small intimate ceremony for the renewal of our 30th wedding anniversary. I worked all the details of this ceremony through email, and all worked out wonderfully. The ceremony was held at a public beach in Flagler, FL at the location I chose. I met with Terry the day before the ceremony and we reviewed everything that we planned and when we arrived at the time chosen for the ceremony, all was exactly as I had pictured it to be.

Terry is the absolute best at what she does! I could not have asked for a more perfect day.She and her team made everything beautiful, from the ceremony to the photography to the food! It was more than I could EVER ask for and a day we will never forget.Terry went above my expectations, my new husband and family were so impressed at how beautiful everything turned out and how attentive Terry was to our every needs!Love, the Francis Family!

Magical Momemt Weddings took care of everything I needed. I didnt have to worry about flowers, ceremony, what beach to have it at. They were very informative and knew what they were doing. They had great ideas and suggestions. I would definately refer them to anyone. Our wedding was PERFECT.

You can't find a more accommodating, upbeat, responsive person than Terri! She has an enthusiasm and passion for what she does and it comes across in every interaction we had with her. Terri gave us guidance where asked and supported our personalized choices. She always responded quickly to any email I sent.

Amazing, Beautiful,Everything down to the smallest detail was taken care of. I never once worried or stressed over any part of my son's wedding. Terry I can not thank you enough for the planing the picture's everything. The only thing that was left for me to do was cry and trust me I did threw out the whole wedding.. loved it all.. Awesome vendor to work with. Very personal, took care of EVERYTHING for an amazingly low cost. I came from Ohio to Florida to get married on the beach and Magical Moment Weddings helped me plan for about 6 months in advance and followed me right up to the moment of the ceremony. She even helped me to choose accomodations and a wedding site. Quickly answered any questions I had, took TONS of pictures with such personalization AND had my CD of pics ready before I went back to Ohio. Very, very pleased. Memorable beach wedding!!

Went with this company because they said they could offer the services we wanted - including a wedding dvd. We travelled from Scotland to Florida to get married on the beach. On the day there was a complete miscalculation of time with the limo (including the driver being directed by Larry & Terry not to collect my wedding guests who had also travelled from Scotland!). We ended up being married in a bit of a rush just defore sun down. Photos afterwards were rushed & disappointing (bride's hair messy, no planned positioning of people in photos) & when we reached the restaurant (after being eaten alive by mosquitos waiting in a carpark while our guests were ferried there) nothing was prepared (place cards, favours etc). And we missed champagne on the balcony because we were so late! Bride & groom were both exhausted after sitting waiting on the limo for 2 hours & the experience was very stressful!We arrived home to emails from the hairdresser used on the day asking us for payment - I had already paid Larry & Terry $400 more than the bill she sent for these services. About 4 months after our wedding we received a copy of our wedding dvd in the post. Despite still being in it's case, the dvd was scratched and unreadable on any PC. It is now 9 months after our wedding & despite many requests being sent back & forth through Facebook, we have not received the DVD & instead of offering any kind of compensation at all (we have not received any kind of refund or compensation to this day - and we would obviously rather have the DVD!) or attempting to retrieve/resend the dvd, Terry has deleted me from her Facebook. About 6 weeks ago her partner, Larry, passed away and while we have every sympathy, it does not excuse the poor level of service or lack of DVD which was included in the price we paid (although Terry is now insisting that the DVD was free - good service if you can get it!!!). Despite being in charge of the camera & recording on the day - Terry is also now claiming that her partner, Larry was in charge of this.Although all of these things made us feel aggrieved because it was our wedding day and ultimately we did get married on a Gulf Coast beach as planned, we did enjoy our day. Just a shame that a few simple planning tasks were not managed which sadly had a knock-on effect to a lot of our day.All in all, very disappointing. I have read these reviews and can't believe the poor level of service we appear to have received in comparison to others on this site. I didn't want to publicly write a negative review but I wouldn't want anyone else out there to experience this level of disappointment. Please think twice before using Magical Moment Weddings.

You could not ask for more attention, professionalism, flexibility & anything else that was required to make a very special day that more special. Terry was so responsive to help along with her husband Larry & a professional staff that was very friendly. The Married Couple was in excellent hands. Would recommend Terry & Magical Moments Weddings to any couple planning their Wedding. You will not be disappointed. You at least owe it to yourselves to contact them.

These people were totally professional, completely talented, and their creativity helped to make my wedding day so memorable. I am a caterer for over 23 years and I am well aware of having wedding cake nightmares! Magical moments was absolutely delicious and completely gourmet.

We gave my son Todd & his bride Cecilia a garden wedding here at his childhood home. They were very helpful and took over 700 pictures and made a video for Cecilia's mom who couldn't attend. Both Larry and Terry responded to any questions we had and we have beautiful pictures beneath century old Oaks and a lifetime of memories.I recomend them to anyone, you will be happy with them and it won't cost you a fortune to have a wedding.Thanks Magical Momment Weddings!Joan

We hired Magical Moment Weddings for photography, cake, officiant, planning, and flowers. The most important thing for me was the photography. I made this immensely clear as I had specific things I wanted pictures of, family on the beach being the major issue for me. It was a cold windy day so we made the picture session short and sweet. I believe it was 4 or 5 weeks after the wedding that I recieved my CD's of pictures. 1 unedited and 2 edited. I was overall very happy at first, noticing how they got a variety of shots of my dance with my daddy. Then I realized, there are none of me with my family and my husbands family on the beach. I looked over the pictures my friends had given me and there were pictures of Terry, from Magical Moments, taking pictures of us all on the beach.. but the professional shots had never been sent to me. When questioned she replied with something along the lines of, it was cold, we didn't take them. I disputed this and even posted the shots on Facebook my friends had taken which showed that clearly, these pictures had been taken. She said she will look for them. We are now over 4 months past the wedding and I still haven't gotten them. I even specifically requested one picture for my moms birthday which I guess she could not come up with since she didn't reply to my request. Another issue was the cake. The cake they brought had been dropped on the way over and although I stayed calm knowing my coordinator from the venue would handle it, I later saw photos my Husband took of the cake they originally brought and it wasn't the right shape, color, and didn't have any of the beach themed design on it! Please keep my day and issues in mind when looking for your vendor.

Terry and Larry were wonderful and very responsive to all my emails and questions. Even when our plans kept flip-flopping, they were patient and accommodating. I booked a small photography package with them as well, and the photos turned out great. I especially love some of the sunset photos and they had the cutest poses for us. I found the experience with Magical Moments Weddings exceptional. My husband and I are from New York and decided very last minute to have a wedding on the beach in Naples. We contacted Magical Moments Weddings via internet. As with all things in the internet, we weren't sure what to expect. But, from the very first encounter with them, we felt like we had chosen a very professional and ethical team of professionals. They were very patient and flexible with our requests. They offered a variety of wedding options as well. The wedding went perfect with the careful care of this company, with awesome pictures taken by them. Can not say enough about them. Feel at ease with them, as I have been there and have personally experienced their professionalism and special personal touch.

They are a husband and wife team, who work very well together. They were everything that we needed and wanted. Prices were exceptional! They gave us and the wedding party perfect instruction and gave us confidence for a perfect day! The cake left a little to be desired, it was put together last minute, and it kinda looked that way! But the cake itself was very good! I would recommend them to everybody!

What can I say about Terry and Larry? WONDERFUL! I got married on December 27, 2009 in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. They traveled 10 hours to us to perform the wedding. I had many difficulties occur leading to our special day, including the death of my grandmother a week prior. Terry made sure that everything was taken care of and tried to make it as stress free as possible for me. The beach was decorated beautifully and so was the table for the dinner. It was a reception for a very small group but it was wonderful. I will never forget them. I greatly appreciated all they did. The pictures I saw so far are amazing as well. Larry and their son was also great. They made the reception very fun so much. I love these guys and recommend them to all!!! Believe me you will not be disappointed.Donquita & Darryn Felton

I couldn't have gone with a better company!!!! They went over and beyond anything I could have expected. They even edited stitches out of my photos. I would and will recommend them to anyone who is getting married.

We changed our date 3 times and Larry and Terry didn't even blink an eye...They worked with us thru the entire delemia as we were so unsure of the weather and the rain..but they never flinched and rescheduled every time we asked....Our photos are extremely wonderful...our cake was delicious and Larry had every song that was requested ..Our day was memorable and PERFECT because of these two..they found us a steel drum player as well as a very nice lady to do our hair and make up the day of that came right to the ceremony site..We received superior service and professionalism from these two and I highly reccommend them to any one...

Our wedding was one we will never forget!! These two are A+++++++ all the way!Our day went as smooth as silk everything went as planned they helped us from day one to make sure every detail was covered.Larry DJ'd and it was the best he was so involved with our guests played every request and didn't blink when we asked him to play an extra hour and a half.Our pictures were beautiful Terry did a great job she spent so much time with us and we ended up with almost 2,000 photos!!! I can not thank them enough...The bouquets and centerpieces were breath taking they did a wonderful job on everything for us...I will always have fond memories of the both of them and how professional they were..Larry even handed me a tissue to carry for my walk down the aisle...thank goodness he did it was well used!!!They are perfect we were comfortable from our first conversation and sooooo very happy we made the decision to let them handle every detail!!We love you for all you did!!!!! My "new" Husband and I want to let everyone know what a wonderful job Terry and larry did for us! Being form Michigan and not knowing where to turn we found this wonderful couple on the internet and took our chances. I WOULD NOT TRADE THEM FOR THE WORLD...they were wonderful our wedding was a dream come true for us..Our archway was simply beautiful as were our flowers and cake! I just can not describe how blessed we are that we came across this fantastic couple to assist us. Terry spent 2 hours with us just doing our photos we never flet rushed or uneasy with her, she listened to what we wanted and I can't wait to see the finished photos I know they will be excellent!If you need ANYTHING for your wedding I highly recommend using this couple..
