Mikkelsen's gave us the best wedding present- a great tasting cake! All of our guests loved the cake and commented about how delicious it was. We have several people who can't stand frosting but loved the buttercream! We were so pleased when so many people said that they can't stand wedding cake but loved ours. They truly made the dessert course grand. The decoration was beautiful too. I could not have asked for better service. I am so glad we had vendors recommend Mikkelsen's!

Mikkelsen's did a BEAUTIFUL job on my cake! I could not stop looking at the cake -It was so beautiful! It was a one layer gran marnier and strawberry white cake that tasted fabulous! I love this bakery! And they are so reasonable!

They were excellent! Mikkelsen's worked within our budget to get us a beautiful and tasty cake. Everyone talked about how good the cake looked and tasted. I couldn't have been happier. They were an excellent find and were wonderful.

Our cake from Mikkelsen's was amazing!!! We had three tiers (round and square). We did a mix of old fashioned chocolate with white chocolate mousse and another layer of white, white chocolate mousse and strawberries... everyone loved it! (The chocolate was the crowd favorite!). The buttercream frosting was perfect and fondant bow really added to the look.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this vendor!!! Elizabeth was wonderful to work with, from the tastings to designing the cake. She was so creative, she took my ideas and made them better! I'm not a cake person, but this is the BEST cake I have ever had in my life! We had 3 flavors: Tiramisu, Strawberry Grand Marnier on White Cake, and Chocolate on Chocolate. We received so many compliments. The cake was gorgeous! And rather than save the top layer for our 1st anniversary (we want to eat it now), I am going back and having them remake the top layer! Thank you, Beth!!!

From the fun cake tasting, to discussion and finalizing the order to the delivery of the cake Mikkelsen's was amazing! I had the best experience working with Mikkelsen's and not to mention their cakes are to-die-for! I got exactly what I wanted for a great price too!

Elizabeth handled the cake tasting and was very helpful in letting us try different combinations and giving advice. I brought a photo and ideas of what we wanted and they did a wonderful job executing. Our guests raved about how great the cake tasted! We loved it too! ;) However they are more responsive in person than email or phone. So it's better if you can get all your ideas out there when you meet with them.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Elizabeth and the Mikkelsen's staff. We had a marbled vanilla/chocolate cake with tiramisu. It was sooo good and we can't wait for our first anniversary to have more! Elizabeth was very patient with our decision making (including rock, paper, scissors to determine round vs square). When we were down to the wire she was so helpful, sweet, reassuring, and understanding. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and everyone loved it... and we had MORE than enough cake left over to eat at the next day's family brunch.

This was the best cake I have ever had. They made my cake and my husbands groom cake (sheet cake with a guitar). Everyone loved the chocolate grooms cake. If you are a chocolate lover, you will love their chocolate cake. We got 2 cakes for a tad more than what Publix wanted for just my cake. We got more than we asked for and it was amazing.

This bakery was recommended by my caterer to provide my wedding cake. They had excellent service and the cakes were as delicious as they were beautiful. I considered going with Publix because they were a little cheaper, but the service you get from Elizabeth is well worth the price. They also deliver the cake to your site and set it up, so you don't have to worry about it on your big day.
