I was skeptical about ordering a wedding cake from Publix but I'm sure glad we went with them. We ordered a custom cake from Daniels Crossing in Ft Myers. It was a bit pricey but well worth it. We submitted a photo to the baker Karen and she pretty much duplicated it. She advised us what would be best as far as the shape, filling and whether we chose Buttercream or Fondant. The Strawberry filling we chose was fresh and sweet, and it was just that,fresh & sweet. It was delivered when we requested. And everyone raved how delicious it was. Thanks Karen for putting our mind at ease and giving us a memorable wedding cake!!!

We had to get our cake at short notice, had been let down, PUBLIX made us a beautiful one, chocolate with cream icing, two tier, with shells to match our beach theme! Thank you Publix!!! Pete and Sher
