Publix

The only good thing about using Publix was that our cake was priced right and was exactly what I wanted and tasted amazing! The people we dealt with were rude and unknowledgeable. I specifically chose a Publix location with an event coordinator and her lack of professionalism and poor handling of details was disappointing. I was told 3 months in advance we could have a certain ribbon on the cake. Then 2 weeks before the wedding she called to tell me it couldn't be done. After all the hassle of dealing with the Publix employees, I must say the savings did NOT make it worth it. My opinion for what it is worth - go to a real bakery and work with professionals.

Cake did not make it too long. Plus they put the cake charmers backwards. They are inexpensive, but I would not use them for a wedding.

The cake was delicious and very pretty. We used the Publix Bakery in Naples located at Kings Plaza. Sven was our baker and he was very talented!

Very flexible, I went back the morning of the wedding to add more to my order and they were so helpful. The food was displayed very nicely and they delivered to our wedding on time. Would highly recommend!

Publix cakes are beautiful and taste delicious. I would recommend a Publix wedding cake for anyone on a budget.

Publix cakes taste amazing, but frankly we were really dissatisfied. I gave them a picture of exactly what I wanted -- a plain cake with white fondant icing, and a chocolate ribbon along the bottom of each layer. What I got was a cake with icing that hadn't been rolled or molded correctly, chocolate icing (not a chocolate ribbon) and a thrown-together cake. I wouldn't have gone with them again -- I would pay just a bit more and get what I want. I imagine I could have gotten what I wanted for the same price with a professional cake decorator in town.

They dropped one of the cake tiers but everything turned out fine in the end

Publix did a wonderful job with my wedding cake.They set it up without any additional cost and arrived on time to do so. The cake was made exactly as I wanted it and it was delicious! I order from them for all occasions and I am always extremely impressed with the quality and taste of everything they provide.
