Patti and Rick at Reel Treasures are a pleasure to work with. Patti is always there during the process if you have any questions and is always prompt with her response. At the wedding they are not in the way and they blend in with everyone else but you know they are getting great moments captured.

How do I even begin to describe what an incredible experience my husband, Alex, and I had with Reel Treasures?? They made us feel like we were the only couple in the world. They captured ALL of the emotion and excitement throughout our special day, and even before, when they filmed our love story. Our wedding video is so beautiful. All of those precious little moments, they got it all. We watched it a dozen times the day we received it. Because of them, we have a "Reel Treasure." Rick and Patti are real treasures themselves. My husband and I, and brother and now sister in law were very lucky to have worked with Reel Treasures! We had a double wedding at the Marco Island Marriot! We are all from IL and as stressful as it is to plan out a wedding, Reel treasures was amazing they perfected exactly what we wanted! If you are lucky enough to retain Rick & Patti at Reel Treasures to do your wedding videography, you had better have a box of kleenex available when you see your video highlights and/or receive your final video! W O W ! ! I cannot brag enough about the incredible job they did at my son's wedding in June...I never cried at the actual event but I find myself laughing and crying at the same time when watching the video; the scenes they selected and the order in which they are presented are SO exactly like the bride & groom and showcases them exactly! Reel Treasures was absolutely amazing! Wedding planning can be so stressful...looking to get every detail just perfect. Working with Reel Treasures was fantastic throughout the entire process; before during and after. They checked in with us periodically during the planning phase of the wedding and asked if we needed help with anything even beyond our video. They understood the craziness of planning a wedding especially since ours was a destination wedding. Patti understood this and went above and beyond to assist me in many facets of the process. She was even nice enough to give me a great name for hair and makeup which I used (any they too were awesome). Rick and Patti the day of were "reel" professionals and their experience was evident. The day of our wedding they new when where and how to capture the most beautiful settings and moments. Both Rick and Patti just genuine, kind hearted people and were fun to have around on our wedding day. Our video was just as perfect as our wedding day and we can now look back always cherish our magical day!

Being from New York and planning a destination wedding in Naples we were concerned about hiring our vendors based on just what we read online. However, after speaking with Patti at Reel Treasures several times on the phone we felt completely comfortable. Patti was a true pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She always got back to us in a timely manner, was never pushy, and was very willing to work with us on a package that met our needs. The day of, Rick and Patti arrived early for our "first glance" and everything was set up exactly as promised including a big screen for our slideshow. We knew we were in good hands and the evening went very smoothly. Rick and Patti captured all the important moments of our wedding and the final product came out even better than expected. Words can not express how thankful I am for the beautiful work and customer service I received while working with Reel Treasures. Out of all of my vendors I used for my wedding- they were the most the most courteous and quickly responded back to all of my emails and phone calls. During my wedding, they worked great with my other vendors and had many creative and inspiring ideas while filming. At our reception- they were so behind-the-scenes I didn’t even notice the camera there and in the end, it made for amazing footage of those candid moments. Reel Treasures went above and beyond for us, from beginning to end. We were so happy with the quick turn-around time we received our video in as well. The video production was so professional, I felt like I was watching it at the cinema. The quality and attention to detail is very obvious in their work. The fact that they make the highlight segment available on YouTube is such a convenience as most of our friends and family live in other states. The video not only brought our friends and family to tears, but us as well too! My husband and I are so happy with their work- we give them out highest recommendation!

I will admit in the beginning of wedding planning I was not sold on the idea of having a Videographer. Wow was I wrong! After meeting with Reel Treasures I was already sold. Speaking with them and seeing samples of their work I was convinced. They were great throughout the year, Patty stayed In contact to see if I needed anything. You barely knew they were at the wedding, which made the video that much more amazing as the guests forgot they were there as well which made for great memories. After seeing the 5 minute YouTube clip I was ecstatic! It was unbelievable what they captured. My personal favorite was my groom as I was coming down the isle. Wow is all I can say as far as the actual video itself. We watched it twice the first day we got it! Every time we watch the video we see new things we missed before lol. We were not sure that we needed a videographer for our daughters wedding but once we saw the highlight video and then the 2 1/2 hour long dual video we could not imagine not having it. Not only did Reel Treasures capture how beautiful everyone looked but there was so much emotion captured that never would have been able to capture by a photographer. While watching the videos we went through every emotion from crying to laughter but for the most part spent 2 1/2 hours with BIG smiles on our faces. Could not imagine anyone but Reel Treasures video at any affair.

Hands down best decision we made was to hire a videographer. My husband and I went back and forth about whether it was worth it or not and I wanted it more than my husband so I went ahead and booked without him knowing and we are both so glad we did. My husband agrees that it was the best thing we spent our money on. What a treasure to have our video to always look back on especially since there are so many things you don't get to see during your special day. Like the groom walking down the aisle, when I saw it on our video it brought tears to my eyes. Patti and Rick are amazing! I live in WA and was planning a FL wedding so I didn't get to meet Patti and Rick until my wedding day but my Mom had met with them prior to and couldn't say enough good things about them and how amazing their wedding video clips were - my mom cried throughout the whole meeting I've been told. Patti and Rick were great to work with and we all felt so comfortable with them, it was hard to tell they were even there. Our wedding video is amazing and is so professionally done it's incredible. They are great to work with, affordable, and truly completed our day. We have watched our wedding video several times and were so lucky to have it for all of my husbands family from WA that weren't able to make the trip to FL.
