Rene's did our rehearsal dinner and they were wonderful. Al, their head chef, sat down with us and helped us craft the perfect menu. Our theme was sort of a twist on a southern picnic. We had fried chicken, barbecued pulled pork, corn on the cob, a tossed salad, potato salad, and, of course, Rene's famous pasta salad, which more than lives up to its hype. The only thing better than their pasta is their carrot cake with a thick, buttery, cream cheese frosting that makes my mouth water just thinking about it!Everything was delivered and set up on time, and they picked it up and hauled it away just as they promised.
