Never recommend and will never go back. They lost my order and then when a new company purchased the location i had been working with they didn't even have my payments on file. Horrible experience......

We were very disappointed with Sacinos. We went to the one in the Port Charlotte Mall...which went out of business in the middle of getting our tuxes. The staff was not very knowledgeable about their products. The also were very unorganized. For example, we set up a meeting with the whole family to oick out invitations just to find out when we got there that they loaned out the invitation book and we couldn't order...even though we had an appointment! We had to reschedule. Then they promised us free invitations with the purchase and return of 5 tuxes. To this day we never got the check back for our free invitations even though we returned everything properly. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! It is not worth saving a few bucks on their empty promises.
