Beautiful and elegant do not even begin to describe how amazing this group of insanely talented people are. Janie did such an amazing job putting together a list of music that flowed together so beautifully for our ceremony. It made our wedding so elegant. I will never forget the goosebumps I had walking down the aisle to the sound of their music. Thank you to Janie and the rest of the crew for what you did to make our wedding ceremony so unforgettable.

I didn't really get to enjoy them because I came 30 minutes after they started playing, but they did a really good job. My guests were all complimenting them. They played a lot of current music that my husband wanted and were very professional.

Vanderbilt Strings did an amazing job for us. Not only are they totally professional, prompt, and responsive, they are also extremely talented musicians who can play a diverse range of music. In addition to playing Bach and Haydn for our ceremony, we asked them to find musical pieces from my husband's Cuban culture for our Cuban-themed cocktail hour, and they went above and beyond to do so. They were also flexible about being moved from the beach (where the ceremony had been held) to a terrace, and having to set up again, after our beachside cocktail hour got rained out. We highly recommend the Vanderbilt Strings!

The Vanderbilt Strings provided a string quartet that played ceremony music for our beach wedding on 09/24/11. Janie was very helpful, easy to reach and responsive to questions from the beginning and provided all of the necessary paperwork to secure our wedding date. I felt that the price was a bit high for them to only play for a hour and their may be other groups out there that charge less. This is the only negative thing to say about them. We didn't have any particular songs in mind that we wanted played while guests were being seated, so we left it up to them to choose songs and they did a great job. The music was beautiful and it added a great touch to our small, personal, beach wedding. Highly recommend them to future brides :)

Vanderbilt Strings were very flexible by taking my non-traditional song list and translating it into beautiful string music.
